Description

Description

Afra tower is a 14 floor residential building located in Jordan, Tehran. New design is about rebuilding the lobby and public areas of this tower. Design’s key points considered in this project are generally about the maximum use of spaces, lead to maximum responsiveness to functional needs which its most important item is spatial communication and also creating a pleasant and quiet space.

Based on this tower’s architectural style and its name “AFRA”, (The name of a tree kind, in Persian language that is named as maple in English) our main concept Became from maple tree which has presented so unique in ABOLGHASSEM SAIDI’s (Persian contemporary painter) paintings. We Combined these unique abstract style paintings in our scheme, with wood and mat to design the interior lobby and public spaces of Afra tower.
